Group sessions include a mix of:
Tai Chi and mindful movement
– promoting balance, calm, and improved mobility through gentle, flowing exercises.
Stretch and tone classes
– improving posture, strength, and flexibility while easing everyday tension.
Cardiovascular and resistance sessions
– boosting stamina, heart health, and full-body strength through varied, enjoyable workouts.

Group Personal Training sessions are just £45 per hour (Dependent upon group size). Block booking packages are available with discounts over 4 and 6 weeks.
