As a Qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer and Exercise Referral Professional, I’ll come to you to carry out a full assessment of your current health, fitness, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll design a progressive programme that supports your recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.
Your plan will include a balanced mix of:
Cardiovascular fitness
– improving stamina, circulation, and heart health through enjoyable, paced movement.
Resistance training
– building strength, tone, and balance to help your body move with greater ease and confidence.
Flexibility and posture
– reducing tension and countering the effects of long hours at a desk or inactivity.
Stretching and mobility
– improving balance, range of movement, and recovery while keeping your body feeling free and light.
All equipment is provided, and every session is designed to suit your environment – whether that’s at home, outdoors, or in a private space. There’s no pressure to join a gym; instead, we focus on movement that fits your lifestyle, such as walking, hiking, or cycling – turning fitness into something you enjoy rather than endure.
Your programme will evolve with you, adjusting as your fitness and confidence grow. Training can range from once a week to several times per week over 8–12 weeks or longer, depending on your personal goals and outcomes.
Personal Training sessions are £37 per hour. Block booking packages are available with discounts over 4 and 6 weeks.
